Terms of use
A reference tool—not an election.
Colorado Pulse is an informal civic discussion platform. Its results are not official votes, scientific surveys, legal advice, or government decisions.
Using Colorado Pulse
Use accurate information, submit questions in good faith, and follow the community rules. Do not attempt to manipulate results, create accounts for automated voting, interfere with the service, or impersonate another person.
Polls and editorial decisions
Community requests do not automatically become polls. Editors may revise wording and arguments for clarity, accuracy, balance, length, and safety. Editors may reject, close, archive, or remove content.
Results
Participation is voluntary and self-selected. Email addresses are self-reported and are not verified. CAPTCHA reduces automated voting but does not prove that every account represents a unique Colorado resident. Results must be treated as reference information only.
Your content
You keep ownership of original ideas, requests, and comments you submit, while giving Colorado Pulse permission to display, edit, moderate, and use that material to operate the service. Comments and usernames may be automatically filtered or removed.
Availability
The service may change, pause, or remove features. No guarantee is made that every submission will be reviewed or that the service will always be available.
